Pop-Con brought together global pop culture, live entertainment and gaming across an action-packed three-day festival, attracting an anticipated audience of nearly 2,000 visitors each day. International artists flew in from around the world to headline a dynamic programme featuring daily concerts, music performances, live wrestling, interactive games and a diverse range of entertainment. Avion Events delivered the festival’s large-scale stage and comprehensive AV production, creating a powerful visual and technical platform for each performance. Beyond the main stage, the experience featured dedicated gaming zones, food vendors and family-friendly attractions including popular mascots and characters, transforming the venue into a vibrant entertainment destination for audiences of all ages.

Hilton JBR New Year’s Eve Celebration

Avion Events transformed the beachfront at Hilton JBR into an electrifying New Year’s Eve destination for approximately 1,000 guests. From vibrant festive décor and branded photo zones to a spectacular large-scale stage, every element was designed to build excitement and create an unforgettable atmosphere. Our team delivered the complete AV production, event branding and creative décor across the venue, bringing energy and visual impact to every guest touchpoint. The main stage came alive with a dynamic line-up of artists and live performances, creating a high-energy beach party that carried guests through an exceptional night of entertainment and celebration.
